For our office in Porto we are looking for a motivated Team Lead Software Testing who would like to become part of a highly qualified, international company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Analyzing and reviewing user requirements, specifications and models in terms of testability
• Creating test plans, concepts and specifications
• Implementing, executing and logging test cases and regression tests
• Evaluating and analyzing test results and feedback
• Quality assurance of requirements, specifications, change requests. Including direct dialog with our customers
• Leading a team of highly skilled professionals
• Supporting the further development and improvement of our software solutions

Dein Profil
REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed university studies in the STEM field
• Professional experience with IT projects
• Demand for quality, analytical skills as well as structured and result-oriented way of working
• Experience with error tracking tools (i.e., Jira)
• Leadership experience an advantage
• Good knowledge of English, Portuguese and German a plus
• Advantageous: ISTQB certification (Foundation Level), knowledge of Java, scripting languages as well as SQL, project management, usability
