The company uses a combination of trained professionals, modern technology, and highly skilled designers located around the globe to provide PowerPoint presentation services to some of the most professional organizations across Europe, and America.

We are looking for a professional with Recruitment experience. The person will fill in the role of Designer Success Manager who helps us to manage the hiring process of freelance PowerPoint designers. Since the aim of the role is to hire PowerPoint design talents this role has a very specific focus on PowerPoint and design knowledge which are not a requirement but a big plus.

Job Description


Role description

  • Review of PowerPoint Design applications (assess the ability of a designer to follow instructions, basic designing rules, and company design guidelines)
  • Manage communication process with designers from pre- to post- recruitment
  • Scheduling and holding onboarding calls with design candidates
  • Scheduling and holding final interviews with design candidates
  • Responding to designers? queries daily
  • Assisting with creating reports that are relevant for the hiring process of designers
  • Headhunting of designers across various channels
  • Interaction with our Project Managers and Finance department related to Designer Success
  • Help with creation of newsletters, social media posts, and other communication occasionally

Qualifications

  • Professional sufficiency in English, both written and verbally
  • Previous experience in Recruitment
  • Designing background or knowledge of PowerPoint design is an advantage
  • Disciplined and well organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Fast learner

Additional Information

  • Starting salary per month: 1100 EUR
  • Work hours per week: 40
  • Work remotely
