O Departamento de Retail Leasing pretende reforçar a sua equipa com um(a) Consultant.
Os candidatos a recrutar devem ter o seguinte perfil:
Licenciatura em Economia, Gestão, Direito ou Gestão Imobiliária é condição preferencial;
Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em funções comerciais;
Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
Orientação comercial, com elevada capacidade de negociação e orientação para resultados;
Competências de organização e capacidade de análise;
Dinamismo, pró-atividade e resiliência;
Domínio de ferramentas informáticas do office, sendo valorizada a experiência no contacto com ferramentas de CRM do sector imobiliário;
Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
O projeto terá como principais objetivos:
Atingir os objetivos de Angariação, Arrendamento e Venda de Lojas, garantindo os objetivos estabelecidos pelos proprietários, em linha com os procedimentos e imagem da marca JLL;
Acompanhar todas as etapas do processo de transação, garantindo informação útil a todos os intervenientes no processo;
Analisar a atual carteira de imóveis, procurando novas soluções para arrendamento de produto JLL;
Contactar atuais e potenciais proprietários, tendo como objetivo detetar as suas necessidades e angariar novos projetos para comercialização;
Acompanhar a expansão das marcas de Retalho.
