Job Description

Do you live for marketing? You understand the way the wind is blowing and can maximise impact for a brand? As a Marketing Lead at Integritee you will be a critical part of our growing team. You will be responsible for growth, branding and marketing activities to maximise the visibility of Integritee and onboard potential clients and retail community members. You will lead a small team and work with external agencies to bring the highest possible impact to Integritee. If you?re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we want you on board!

Your responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a marketing strategy that takes us on a mature marketing journey to an established brand.
• Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
• Supporting and coordinating with community, BizDev and product teams.
• Working across different platforms with ease to maintain high levels of engagement with the communities and encouraging sustainable and organic growth.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
• Allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or Marketing Lead, preferably within our industry.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with an eye for detail and a feel for people.
• A professional level of the English language ? other languages are a great plus but not a requirement.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and the ability to create a long-term organic marketing strategy.
• Analytical mind and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
