We?re looking for a D365 Architect and Team Lead to joins us! Our client has customized the Microsoft D365 platform to reflect our approach for global supply chain management and in-country logistics. We are now looking for a enterprise supply chain Architect and Team Lead to manage the future end-to-end technology investments. He/she will be responsible for strategic and technical product development, optimizing our use of enterprise solutions to achieve strategic goals. The position will also oversee the four workstreams of the IT unit (Software Development, Data, Catalog, and Service Management) to ensure that their work is complementary and coordinated. As they plan to rapidly scale up over the next 12-24 months, the position must balance core Microsoft technology skills and product vision with a focus on rapid delivery. It will require resolving immediate architectural problems while understanding the broader context and wider implications of alternate solutions. This is a unique challenge for an experienced D365 expert looking to channel their knowledge into a humanitarian start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the short- and long-term technology roadmaps, demonstrating a clear path towards achievement of our key business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architectures, leveraging Microsoft D365, the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and similar technologies to the maximum extent possible.
• Direct the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Oversee the design, review, and testing of customized plugins, APIs, integrations, and other components, ensuring they leverage the latest Microsoft platform enhancements.
• Coordinate the four work streams within the IT team (Service Management, Data, Catalog, and Software Development), leading cross-functional meetings, ensuring that work is cohesive, acting as a technical escalation point within the team, and making sure each stream understands the impact of the work carried out by the other streams on their own
• Propose staffing changes as needed to build an appropriately skilled team.
• Provide program management leadership to supply chain initiatives serving as both a technical advisor and project execution expert to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years? experience in software engineering & technology of which two+ Years? experience working in a supply chain enterprise architect position
• Extensive, demonstrable experience of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution
• Five + years? experience in designing and building supply chain solutions and package software implementations of which at least three years of designing, architecting, implementing troubleshooting and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is required.
• Extensive experience in system design around all core D365 F&O modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Trade and Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and supervise staff, including geographically dispersed teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations and/or Architecture certifications, some certification examples may be Microsoft Dynamics MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330, MB-700
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Azure Cloud Platform, Azure Data Factory, DevOps, and Power BI, amongst others (Certifications preferred). Understanding of other supply chain procure-to-pay technologies such as iValua, IBM Sterling OMS, is desired
