What you will be doing You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst and can expect to be involved in a variety of tasks, from day to day the experience will be variable and may involve;

• Interact with Accounts Payable stakeholders: suppliers, internal client, buyers, controllers and tax
• Interact with P2P stakeholders specially internal customers
• Ensure supplier?s accounts are reconciled to minimize late payments and gaps in auditing
• Prepare CFTs (Call for Tender) and manage the end-to-end process

Within this position, you will have the opportunity to build understanding and experience of;

• Tools - SAP ERP, Google workspace, Click?n'Buy, Click?n'Source
• Procurement processes
• Experience an end-to-end process involving multiple stakeholders and tools

What we look for To be a successful applicant to this position on the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you must be able to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study - Finance, Business, Business Administration or similar
• Maximum of three years relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
