We're looking for a motivated and driven Art Director (m/f/d) in Sofia or Lisbon who will help us designing outstanding online- and offline-assets and will become an integral part of our in-house creative team. As an Art Director you develop and grow brand creativity in new and effective ways to drive brand recognition and consumer engagement across different touch points.

Your Tasks ? Paint the world green

• You work cross-functionally to create offline and online marketing and sales materials to deliver successful visual communications for our campaigns. This includes flyers, billboards, POS posters, social media visuals, CRM header images and websites images
• You also work on the product and user journey to create vehicle designs, shop equipment, timetables, route maps etc.
• You work closely together with different internal stakeholders (such as brand-, organic- and paid social media-, CRM-, internal communication teams) for all our markets
• You create on-brand artworks, develop striking designs and strong images to communicate the company?s different brands and products
• You help with concepting and editing for 360-degree-brand campaigns
• You select and retouch visuals created at internal and external photo shoots

Your Profile ? Ready to hop on board

• You gained at least 2 years of experience in a (Junior) Art Director role and have strong design skills
• You use Adobe Creative Suite confidently (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). After Effects and Premiere are a plus
• You have an eye for good typography
• You have an excellent attention to detail, art working skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an international allure
• You are familiar with JIRA or other ticketing tools (not mandatory, but a plus)
• You build strong relationships, have good communication skills and collaborate effectively with others
• You speak English fluently, preferably also German, every other language is a plus
