We help construction projects optimize their project management as a consultancy and then we use our revenues to develop our own software products. We do things the Laminar Way, that is, we bring control and clarity to projects by implementing pragmatic solutions using a mix of latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

The Role

We are currently looking for a top-notch Head of Marketing to join our team. As a dynamic and tech-driven startup, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants!
As a Head of Marketing, you should be able to context-switch between a high-level strategic mindset and detailed execution, as you will have the opportunity to lead our Marketing Team while helping us shape and grow our brand identity, without losing its core values.

As a Head of Marketing at Laminar you will:

  • Build a strong brand with an appetite for making significant business impact.

  • Drive your team to identify and define consumer problems and develop a marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with our excellent copywriter and together with our consulting and product teams, extract information to craft into powerful messages for our marketing content.

  • Keep up to date with the latest industry news and marketing tools and techniques to ensure we are keeping pace with other industry leaders.

  • Solve problems, translate strategic insights into recommendations and develop strong cross-functional partnerships with the rest of Operations team, as well with the Business Development, Product and Commercial Team.

For this role, an ideal candidate would have:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in developer marketing or technical product marketing. (Required)

  • Market research and competitive intelligence skills, such as identifying business opportunities and developing strategic plans for entering new markets. (Required)

  • Digital Marketing or Content Market experience, such as developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating case studies and go-to-market plans or content marketing campaigns for a product. (Required)

  • Marketing Analytics knowledge to continuously evaluate campaign results and marketing spend ROI. (Required)

  • Leadership mindset related to content marketing and earned media strategies to build brand awareness. Able to set KPI?s, forecasts and metrics, to report analysis to stakeholders while looking for continuous improvements. (Nice to have)

  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills. (Nice to have)

Salary and Benefits

  • Full time contract, fully remote with flexible hours.

  • For Head of Marketing, annual salary would be between 40.000? and 60.000?

  • Health insurance

  • Leadership and sales bonuses

  • 10% - 15% annual bonus in equity

  • You will be supported to excel in whichever areas you are most interested in! With Laminar, development is unbounded.
