Your Main Activities Are

  • Implement and develop the Global Markets Front Office HR and Recruitment Strategy in partnership with BNP Paribas Global Markets PT Management and BNPP Portugal HR.
  • Act as the main link between the business? needs and HR, ensuring a consistent and focused approach to talent needed for Global Markets specific roles
  • Act as the main driver for the business? strategic goals regarding attracting, retaining and developing talent
  • Maintain a general knowledge on BNP Paribas Global Markets strategy, budget, resources and challenges
  • To coordinate internally in GM all recruitment initiatives, liaising with the Recruitment team, and ensure that the growth strategy is achieved
  • Promote internal people development initiatives suitable to the business, focusing on career development, succession planning and specific populations (Top Talents, key people), leveraging on existing HR programs

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in either Financial Institutions/HR Project Management Officer/Consulting
  • An overall understanding and interest in the financial world
  • Result oriented with track record of achieving established targets and a team player
  • Structured, methodical approach and ability to prioritize considering possible impacts on the business
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand and translate complex business needs into target profiles
  • Ability to think of creative and out-of-the-box solutions and help driving change
  • Passion, tenacity and resilience in fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics
  • Good Microsoft knowledge (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
