Descrição

  • Identifies candidates for new factoring batch/ submissions
  • Verifies customer credit limit with the insurance provider and requests increase where required
  • Recommends manual system record updates (E.g., Factor flag)
  • Create Refund & Refund summary file and submits ticket for approval in the company workflow management software.
  • Creates Remittance & Agreement files to be shared with the Factoring institution
  • Ensure timely reports availability for the automation robot to start processing (pre-requisite files)
  • Liaise with AP department to ensure all refunds relating to factoring are processed
  • Handle assignment files submissions and correspondence with the Factoring institution
  • Review bank statements and "validation of assignment" files and perform submission reconciliations
  • Perform GL entries and post journals in ERP system to reflect factoring transactions

Perfil ideal

  • Degree level education or equivalent with focus on Finance
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable factoring role
  • Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data and interpret it effectively
  • Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
  • Strong accounting and process knowledge - Balance Sheet reconciliations specifically
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience
  • An ability to work simultaneously and effectively to progress several different tasks
  • Well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A good team worker with the ability to work effectively with employees at different levels of an organisation
  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
  • Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as periods such as annual performance review cycle
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
