Position Summary

You provide solid financial administrative support to the Key Account Managers and the sales controller team.

A day in the life of...
  • In the first place, processing in close collaboration with KAM's of his/her group of categories the flow of claims received from customers, conducts the necessary analyses, and communicates the instructions for their resolution, or further investigation, and classification within the agreed timing.
  • Job might be extended with processing of the invoices received from customers in the same way and communicates to the departments concerned the instructions for their resolution and classification within the agreed time.
  • Collaborates with COS, finance team, Key Account Managers to solve the cases.
  • Contacts the customers to address and solve the encountered problem.
  • Seeks to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of his/her work and for the benefit of the team by mastering among others MS Office tools, mainly Excel and AFO. Participates in or lead projects and improvement initiatives for the benefit of the team.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor?s in management or equivalent by experience
  • More than 3 years in business operations, with a direct exposure in finance and sales.
  • Analytical and detail minded: comfortable with figures and large number of files and contacts.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
  • High client and solution orientation
  • Has demonstrated clear success and capacity to challenge the status quo. Continuous Improvement mentality proven.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of Globe APs and AFO is a nice to have
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Fluent in Dutch or French (preferable)
