Multinational leading company operating in renewable energy is looking for a Head of Shared Service Centre (m/f) for its hub in Lisbon.
Your new function
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for the SSC?s day to day operations and accountable to the senior finance team for service levels and quality. As such, you'll be expected to lead an effective team, ensuring that resources are fully utilised and any services demand is effectively covered, as well as build and maintain an effective, efficient and stable Finance Shared Service function capable of providing a quality transactional finance service. You'll also be part of the finance team transformation and ERP implementation support.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with an academic background in Accountancy, Finance or related, and around five years of experience in similar roles. You should demonstrable high organisational skills, strong leadership and ability to operate with confidence and credibility across all functions of the organisation. Being fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory, and have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Kyriba will be a plus, as well as availability to travel when required.
