Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Center, we are currently looking for an Issue & Data Management. Reporting to Import/Export Management Lead, this professional will be responsible to ensure that all the claims and tickets received by the customers are properly managed through ServiceNow System. Maintain relationship with providers to ensure fast resolution. Ensure Materials, Customers and Vendors are created (maintained) in a timely manner, according to Data Standards applied. Ensure timely invoices payments.

Master Data Management
  • Onboarding supplier Availability: certificates, tech. docs & QRCs
  • Material ID governance & translation, from SAP Material number to suppliers SKU
  • Spare parts portfolio
  • Price listings & price matrix management
  • Spare parts management SKU replacements
  • Customer data, shipping docs. and requirements


Claims and Issues Management
  • Issues across models
  • IT platform development, maintenance, hosting
  • Reporting (PBI)
  • Support to crisis coordination
  • Warranty controls
  • Service bulletins
  • Failure notices (field support)
  • Idea funneling (renovation)
  • Reporting: quality assessment
  • Freight & customs documents knowledge

Import/Export & Customs Operations Management
  • Improve Customs clearance ability and services; accountability to make goods arrive clear to Customer
  • Regional storage capacity, availability close to market of key items, critical spare parts
  • Consolidation of imports by region and hub
  • Technical training Coordination as required per market
  • Adapt to the regional requirements on Warranty handling on alignment with the supplier
  • Co-responsible for preventive maintenance or advisory on market support
  • Ensure invoices payments
What will make you successful
  • Degree in finance, economics or similar
  • Claims and tickets management
  • Experience with Excel
  • Good domain of SAP navigation
  • Knowledge of the main SAP tables
  • Import/Export regulamentation knowledge
  • Supply planning knowledge
