Your profile

• University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of meaningful professional experience in in leading global organizations, or equivalent demonstrated experience in Technical Assurance, Penetration Testing, Read Team Activities
• Experience in IT, OT, and industrial cybersecurity technical audits; ISO 27001 lead Auditor a plus
• Ability to assess security threats and risk impact on the organization and recommending adequate Cybersecurity measures
• Experience in testing technologies as fuzzing, binary reversing, hardware hacking, source code spot checks, side channel attack, breaking crypto & obfuscation, concolic testing
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a variety of functions at multiple levels including developers, architects, and executive management.
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Diversity awareness and mindset and ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Personal initiative, quality, and result orientation
• Analytical ability and structured & strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German a plus

Your responsibilities

• Grow your people with safety and integrity in mind - you lead, manage, and motivate a team of penetration testers (2nd Line of Defense).
• Create the future and learn curiously - you shape and execute the global Technical Assurance strategy (2nd LoD), roadmap and its implementation for Siemens Energy in all relevant aspects of internal IT/OT, customer-facing Siemens Energy products, solutions, and services, as well as all manufacturing and production sites globally. You initiate Cybersecurity improvement projects in IT and business (1st Line of Defense) and coach these parties together with cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Ignite change - You establish relevant Cybersecurity KPIs and maturity indicators and track security vulnerabilities together with the asset responsibles. You advise and support the business and IT (1st LoD) to improve and remediate on security observations and findings.
• Deliver as one - you synchronize with all cybersecurity departments and stakeholders in Siemens Energy to secure our assets adequately. You establish, lead, and maintain global security expert networks and communities (internally and externally).
