Your profile

• University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of meaningful professional experience in in leading global organizations, or equivalent demonstrated experience in Process Assurance, Cybersecurity Audit, ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor)
• Experience in IT, OT and industrial cybersecurity process audit, penetration testing a plus
• Ability to assess security threats and risk impact on the organization and recommending adequate Cybersecurity measures
• Experience in ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 27005, IEC 62443, NIST, NERC-CIP, ITIL, EN/IEC 61508, GDRP, NIS, KRITIS
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a variety of functions at multiple levels including executive management.
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Diversity awareness and mindset and ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Personal initiative, quality, and result orientation
• Analytical ability and structured & strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German a plus

Your responsibilities

• Grow your people with safety and integrity in mind - you lead, manage, and motivate a team of Cybersecurity Auditors (2nd Line of Defense ? Cybersecurity process assessments)
• Create the future and learn curiously - you shape and execute the global Process Assurance strategy (2nd LoD), roadmap and its implementation for Siemens Energy in all relevant aspects of internal IT/OT, customer-facing Siemens Energy products, solutions, and services, as well as all manufacturing and production sites globally. You initiate Cybersecurity process improvement projects in IT and business (1st Line of Defense) and coach these parties together with cybersecurity stakeholders
• Ignite change - you advise and support the business to setup ISMSs (ISO 27001) within the company conducting gap analysis and support during Audits. You establish relevant Cybersecurity KPIs and maturity indicators and track security observations together with the asset responsibles
• Deliver as one - you synchronize with all cybersecurity departments and stakeholders in Siemens Energy to secure our assets adequately. You establish, lead, and maintain global security expert networks and communities (internally and externally).
