It's likely that you'll be based in Lisbon area and you will be, as a Clinical Education Specialist (CES) Trainee, with the following responsibilities and duties:

• Perform on-site training of key operators and end users in the area of Digital Healthcare Solutions;
• Work closely with radiologists, clinicians and other professional staff to ensure the proper and efficient operation of company products;
• Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training and business unit requirements;
• Provide feedback to Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product Line management on solutions issues and customer concerns;
• Participate in special projects for customer and product line development as requested;
• Product demonstration and trade show support;
• Work with your team and colleagues to gain customer acceptance of product;
• Provide on-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level;

Background

We are looking for candidates with knowledge of the hospital workflow with background in the following areas:

• Radiology, Cardiovascular, Nuclear Medicine Technicians or Biomedical Engineers

Skills You will need to show:

• In depth knowledge of market and customer requirements in medical imaging and/or radiation therapy;
• Excellent communication skills;
• An outgoing and persuasive manner and the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values;
• Confidence and persistence;
• Patience and self-motivation;
• Analytical and planning skills;
• A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes, for example in the healthcare;
• Strong teamwork, networking skills and ability to interact with interdisciplinary and international teams;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
