• Assess initial customer credit risk and monitor development of customer credit risk
• Support project risk compliance check activities and approve exposure as per delegation of authorities
• Provide guidance and support to 3rd party Business Process Owner
• Perform complex credit checks for new customers, in line with the group Credit & risk policy
• Monitor and escalate any changes in project/ client risk exposure to Risk Manager
• Analyse Customer Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Peformance Indicators (KPIs) performance
• Responsible for managing the filing of claims to insurers
• Analyse and monitor Transaction Tax
• Analyse and monitor Factoring Portfolio

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience working within Credit Controls and Risk Management process, within complex, large volume environment
• Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively
• Strong financial, analytical, communication and project management skills
• Business orientation and interest
• Self-awareness and relationship-building skills
• High integrity and keen eye for accuracy that builds trust in analysis being provided
• Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, processes, and workflow technology
• Operated in complex environment with the same size and scale
• Experience from working in a similar industry
