  • Support the FP&A Lead to deliver key services to the Business for planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual processes and supporting the preparation of robust forecasts and budgets, challenging figures to ensure accuracy
  • Work with the business to lead the development of and manage the revenue plan, workforce plan and capital plan
  • Collaborate with the business to create a forecast(s) that tracks the expected performance of the business, so that timely decisions can be taken to address shortfalls against target, or maximise an emerging opportunity
  • Tracking of plan vs forecast performance and providing appropriate financial insight and working with the Business Partnering team to provide consistent and rigorous financial modelling and commercial challenge
  • Responsible for reviewing the monthly management accounts and country/division reporting packs submitted to country management and group
  • Responsible for preparation and review of cashflow forecast and lead reviews with Group Treasury and other teams involved in preparation of the forecast including Genpact
  • Overseeing Divisional FP&A team to provide in depth of monthly results versus forecast/budget and to inform and improve future forecasts
  • Identify and researching variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Help Business Partners understand the results and the root cause of variances
  • Work with Business Partners to identify and assess opportunities for improvements / corrective actions
  • Use data to provide insight to areas of risk and opportunities to the financial results
  • Oversee the preparation of Management and ad hoc reporting
  • Work closely with other process teams within the KBS organisation in the provision of support to business colleagues

Perfil ideal

  • Relevant degree (accounting, finance, economics or equivalent)
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience working in a similar role within a GBS Organisation
  • FP&A experience
  • Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management
  • A proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop, motivate and lead diverse teams and managing workload efficiently across resources
  • A strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data
  • An ability to determine insightful observations from detail for management attention
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A flexible approach and open to change
  • Ability to be proactive within a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
  • Operated in complex environment with the same size and scale
  • Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
