About the job

Participate and take responsibility for small projects or critical modules providing support to BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking Management, both locally and at Group level.

Your Main Activities Are

• Take full ownership on assigned modules, perform complex modelling and analysis understanding their potential impact for clients.
• Frame, design and lead autonomously the delivery of one or more projects ensuring quality and respect of deadlines.
• Prepare and lead workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results.
• Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and the capacity to challenge them.
• Develop their network and relationships with clients on a regular basis (middle and senior management).
• Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to CIB Consulting development.
• Promote CIBC in front of CIB management to enhance the brand equity.
• Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties.
• Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and coach team members providing constructive feedbacks and respective improvement actions.

Profile and Skills to Success

Education, Qualifications and Training:

• Master?s degree in Finance, Engineering, Management or Business Management
• Advanced level of English written and verbal
• Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools

Business experience:

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Operations Management or Project Management

CIB Consulting is an internal advisory team at the heart of CIB, supporting the rapid growth of the bank in a dynamic market environment. This setup is a credible alternative to external consultancies, creating tailor-made strategies in alignment with the CIB Group. The team brings together former consultants and banking experts who started working closely with the Bank?s Business Lines and Management Board. This team?s history started in Paris (2009), rapidly extending to the APAC (2011), Americas (2013) and has been developing itself in Lisbon since 2016.
