CASAFARI is the leading real estate data platform in Europe, backed by globally known venture capital funds such as Lakestar and Starwood Capital Group.

With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy, the company has grown exponentially supported by 200 employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.

We started CASAFARI with a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn?t just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.


Tasks & responsibilities:
You will own customer lifecycle communication and develop lifecycle marketing strategies to increase activation, engagement and retention.

  • Develop, implement and analyse the most impactful email, in-app and push messaging campaigns to Casafari users across 5 markets.
  • Run insightful experiments to maximise on critical metrics and lifecycle milestones for onboarding, activation and engagement
  • Plan and implement of acquisition and engagement loops using email, in-app and push messaging
  • Optimise lifecycle campaigns using experiments and A/B test, segmentation and user research.
  • Identify high impact initiatives and high performing segments and provide recommendations to other teams to act on.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams especially product and data teams, as well as creative teams from briefing and feedback to production.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4+ years previous experience in a lifecycle, growth or similar role using mature lifecycle & marketing toolstack like autopilot, appcues, braze, leanplum intercom, mailchimp, customer.io or similar
  • Good record of building and shaping the planning and execution of data driven marketing campaigns across communication channels including A/B experimentation and advanced segmentation of databases
  • Min 3+ years experience working in B2B SaaS, ideally free trial or freemium businesses
  • Experience in working closely with Product and Engineering team to set up attributes and triggered events based on user lifecycle management needs.
  • Fluent in English, additional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French or German is a plus
  • Solid HTML and debugging skills, understanding of conditional programming logic
  • Real estate / PropTech and Salesforce experience is a big plus
