Your new role
Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects (from dev to prod) by collaborating with all internal and external teams. Act as a coach, contribute to people empowerment, incorporate company standards and identify new/good practices to share.
Maintain core architecture documentation (cartography, technical blueprints, reference architectures, patterns and standards). Acts as an expert and evangelist in standardization and technologies.
Drive R&D initiatives, work with managers and teams to identify innovative technologies in line with IT strategy and deliver POC
What you will need to succeed
3 to 10 years of IT experience in a leadership / decision making position: Technical Lead or Architect
Proven experience in project execution and delivery as Delivery Manager or Project Manager
Excellent communication skills and team work
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with software development and systems
Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD ; In depth knowledge of multiple tools contributing to a CI/CD/CT pipeline
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Proficient with cloud technologies: AWS and IaC
