Role Purpose

Integrated into the HR Team, and reporting directly to the Portugal HRBP, you'll have the opportunity to contact all the areas within the scope of the HR Department.

What this job involves

  • To participate in creating, maintaining, and launching policies, processes, and templates as requested;
  • To contribute to the completion of regular & customized management information on a timely basis, interpreting trends & findings, summarising, and completing various reporting requirements;
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required at the request;
  • To uphold and actively promote our values and behaviors;
  • To support L&D and Talent Management initiatives;
  • To support Talent Acquisition activities;
  • To assist with building employee commitment to the organization;
  • To support the annual salary and bonus review cycle.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have:

  • Degree educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or another relevant area;
  • Understanding of HR Policy & practice, understanding of databases & other information sources;
  • Be courageous, curious, and a decisive thinker who makes decisions based on sound commercial and legal knowledge;
  • Be a self-starter;
  • Previous HR experience within a fast-paced matrixed organization is a plus;
  • Brilliant communications skills;
  • Good listening & consultative skills;
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with complete confidentiality;
