Your duties

• You develop compelling concepts for e-commerce solutions, digital services and products across multiple touchpoints.
• You present your concepts to clients, offer state-of-the-art UX consulting and prepare and moderate methodologically sound workshops.
• You advise juniors and intermediate UX designers following the project goals.
• You mediate between UX strategy, UI design and development.
• You provide professional guidance to project teams and motivate them to achieve top performance.

Your profile

• You have a degree with a focus on digital interaction and/or communication.
• You have several years of experience in a digital agency as UX designer with direct client contact.
• You are empathetic, creative, curious and analytical and enjoy integrated lateral thinking.
• You are eager to take responsibility and keep a clear overview in difficult situations.
• You are an expert in prototyping tools (Axure, Sketch, Invision). Abstract is a plus.
• You are experienced in automotive, finance and/or e-commerce.
• You are a team player with pronounced verbal and written communication skills.
• You are business fluent in English. German is a plus.
