About Tétris
Tétris is a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL, a global real estate services firm that provides comprehensive, integrated property related expertise, including management, transaction and advisory services, to investors and occupiers locally, regionally and globally.
This core business in JLL?s EMEA region has grown from two acquisitions in Spain (2006) and France (2007) to the present, where it delivers office, hotel and retail fit-out projects in the 14 countries where it has operations. Tétris continues to grow, with an expected turnover around $700m and over 800 staff in 2018. On the back of this successful growth, the Tétris business has become EMEA?s leading design & build, interior fit-out services provider.
Principais responsabilidades:
Planear e elaborar consultas a fornecedores com inclusão de detalhes de construção, quantidades e qualidade dos materiais a aplicar, em linha com o que está definido em projeto e política da Tétris/JLL;
Sistematizar e organizar orçamentos (preços compostos e auxiliares) em mapas de controlo de orçamentação;
Análise técnica das peças escritas e desenhadas dos processos para orçamentação e de obras em execução;
Medição de obras, implicando elaboração de Autos;
Elaboração de propostas;
Análise e composição de trabalhos extra, em linha com o Project Manager;
Análise de erros e omissões;
Perfil a recrutar:
Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções de Orçamentista, desempenhadas em empreiteiro geral;
Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil, é condição preferencial, mas não eliminatória;
Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade para trabalhar em equipas multidisciplinares;
Elevada capacidade de análise e orientação para resultados;
Competências sólidas de negociação e experiência consolidada na gestão de fornecedores;
Capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe;
Proactividade e persistência;
Bons conhecimentos de inglês e domínio das ferramentas informáticas do office, autocad e revit;
