We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a CRM Services Evolution Specialist (M/F) for the region of Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras (Lisbon).

Main responsibilities:

  • Build the detailed service lines for CRM service based on overall service design and priorities defined by the IBS IMS Solution Lead. Deliverables include detailed process flow, Standard Operation Procedures, training material, activities/effort mapping.
  • Pilot the implementation of new service lines or activities
  • Engagement with existing or potential partners and supporting the creation of the service proposal (together with Transition team)
  • Acting as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions, and providing guidance and coaching to further improve.

Ideal Profile:

  • +5 years digital and website experience either at an agency or in a CPG company.
  • Ability to work with remote stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Able to create emails, presentations and content.
  • Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge and experience is required, preferably applied to email.
  • Experience in coding responsive HTML/CSS emails and troubleshoot for email clients specific limitations.
  • Hands-on experience with CMT and CRM tools such as Eloqua Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua.
  • Know of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain, create and improve an Email Design System.
