Main Responsibilities:
-
Design and execute the annual Trade Marketing Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives and international guidelines;
- Implement effective trade marketing plans for the pharmacy/parapharmacy channels that can maximize sales performance;
- Design and implement the best Sell out strategy to optimize shopper influence through excellence in visibility and pharmacist engagement;
- Lead the Sell-out Team (merchandisers and beauty advisors)
- Establish trade partnerships and category management projects with Top customers
- Manage the Trade Marketing budget;
- Ensure close alignment with Marketing and support sales managers to find the best solutions for teams capabilities on sell-out;
- Focus on data analytics to provide the best customer and shopper insights, and consistently following Trade Mkt KPls and ROI of implemented campaigns.
Perfil ideal
Ideal Profile:
-
Degree in management, marketing, digital marketing or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience as Trade Marketing Manager in FMCG/CHC companies;
- Experience in team management;
- Analytical profile and results orientation;
- Pro-activity, spirit of initiative, dynamism and sense of responsibility;
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership spirit;
- Ability to work under pressure and a positive attitude towards unexpected situations;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
