What you?ll do:

• Build and tend to the underlying infrastructure and systems that run all Anova?s internal and external applications and services, ensuring security of these solutions in a large global operating environment
• Lead awareness campaigns and education on cybersecurity
• Demonstrate knowledge in the following areas: Intrusion Detection, Incident Response, Data Encryption, Network Access Controls, Threat Management, and proper IT related Security Controls
• Collaborate with other IT staff to implement infrastructure solutions and establish operational best practices for Anova systems
• Actively lead Anova?s efforts to maintain and improve information security
• Perform information security risk assessments and assess the control environment of the business processes and applications under review, including both manual and automated processes in accordance with the information security program
• Remain vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity or possible vulnerabilities, weaknesses, threats, or breaches in Anova information security to company information security and privacy officers
• Ensure conformance to all information security, cybersecurity and privacy policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage monthly steering committee meetings
• Help design and develop a growing global WAN environment
• Setup and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DC, DNS, Office 365, Hyper-V, SAN, network switches, WAP?s, firewalls, and VoIP
• Conduct routine hardware/software audits of servers to ensure compliance with standard policies, configurations, and up-to-date patching
• Perform software installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Network monitoring and log management for network, servers, WAPs, and firewalls for connectivity and security
• Plan, implement, and document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
• Stay abreast of all information security related laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies and provide scheduled after-hours support

REQUIREMENTS

What you?ll need to succeed:

• 
  5+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure: Systems, Networking, Operations, and Security experience, including expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Application Security, and Risk Management
• 2+ years' experience with ISO 27001 certification and ISMS controls is preferred
• Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 administration experience, including expertise in system monitoring tools and commands and hands-on configuring and troubleshooting skills to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues is essential
• Experience with Networking: Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VoIP, Palo Alto, Linux, Sophos, Cisco, TCP/IP, Server & Storage Hardware, VM Hosts, LAN/WAN/SAN Systems & Server Platform Interconnectivity, Hyper-V, VPNs, and D/R platforms
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, VBScript, etc.)
• An inventive, yet ? methodical approach to problem-solving, plus a confident and articulate communication style ? effective in translating complex and technical concepts into easy-to-digest, engaging content for a variety of audiences and situations
• Certification in the following technologies and industry standards is a plus: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, CISA, and CISM
• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
