Functional Application Support (m/f)Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.
Our client is a company oriented to technological solutions that wants to recruit a Functional Application Support (m/f) for Lisbon.
Tasks:
- Resolving queries from end users with respect to the systems supported, including but not limited to incorrect data issues, ensuring feeds into the system in a timely manner;
- Ensuring that root cause analysis has been found and solutions implemented to prevent repeat occurrence;
- Change management: plan, test and release new versions of the system;
- Write documentation on system features;
- Write documentation on problem solving guides;
- Maintain and enhance procedures and processes to ensure increased reliability of the systems.
Required Profile:
- Degree in Computing/Finance/Mathematics (or similar);
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Investment Banking business (e.g. Fixed Income products such as IRD/CRD derivatives, mortgages);
- Experience working on front office application support role for any of the financial institutions;
- Experience as an Application Support;
- Experience with SQL, MS Office, ITIL/ServiceNow and Geneos;
- Experience with UNIX/Linux (intermediate or basic level);
- Experience with Autosys/Control M scheduling tools;
- Experience with Python (plus);
- Familiarity to vendor and clearing workflows (Plus);
- Understanding of Fixed Income products;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Fluent in English (Mandatory);
- Good organizational skills, proactivity and team player.
