Most restaurants and food businesses often have to choose between the steep costs of selling through delivery marketplace apps, and the complexity of setting up and running their own delivery operations.

Your Mission


We are looking for a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist to be responsible for the successful onboarding, training, activation and use of Kitch technology for new customers. Your typical day will involve onboarding new restaurants and helping our sales team with customer success. Your main goal is to get our partner restaurants ready to streamline their operations and be more efficient.

You will be the first technical point of contact of new restaurant partners. You will be crucial for Kitch?s growth in current and new markets.

Your Responsibilities


  • Get new restaurant partners successfully onboarded in our platform as soon as possible - it involves a technical setup, coordination with partners and training on best use
  • Manage the onboarding and help both large and small restaurants to adapt to their needs and expectations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key companies related in the activation process
  • Work with the Account Management and Marketing teams to create materials, guides, how-tos, training etc
  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to define the needs of onboarding and activation to make the process incredible for our customers


Requirements

  • Excellent communicator in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong people skills, that lead to being quick to build confidence
  • Organization and prioritization skills (you?ll need to prioritize client?s needs and thrive under pressure)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


We'd love to see


  • 1 ? 2 years of work experience in a technical support role, ideally a B2B SaaS startup
  • A self-starter who can work herself out of problems and situations when guidance and help are not readily available
  • A flexible and open-minded person. We are a startup and everything will change many times in a span of months. Some things we control and can foresee, others we don't and can't. Being flexible and coping with constant change will be key for you to succeed.
