  • General industry coverage across different sectors;
  • Monitoring and researching existing investments;
  • Analyzing new investment and business opportunities through valuation models;
  • Evaluating cross-company activities for best-practices efficiency opportunities;
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis, research, financial reporting, teasers, and progress reports;
  • Originating deals and other financial advisory assignments, managing client relationships and supervising and delivering projects;
  • Developing a network of contacts and business relationships, working alongside with local team and potencial investors;
  • Ensuring that the company gets maximum financial value from its business relationships with crucial strategic partners across relevant projects.

• competências

  • University degree in Finance, Business Management or similar;
  • Minimum of 8 years in leveraged/corporate/acquisition finance or equivalent at an investment or commercial bank or, in alternative, M&A, Transaction Services and/or Strategy Consulting backgrounds will be a plus;
  • Full cycle experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A;
  • English fluent;
  • Very good command of MS office tools;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to grasp commercial issues;
  • Dedicated problem solver, strong technical and analytical skills with a self-starter/positive personality and can-do attitude;
  • Ability to explain and present factual information in a structured, clear, confident and concise way;
  • Attention to details, structured approach;
  • Creativity, adaptability.
