In the Global People & Culture team, we are looking for an HR & Compensation Analyst based in Lisbon, Portugal who will be reporting to the Global Total Rewards Manager based in Berlin, Germany. This is a newly created role, offering a great opportunity to shape it further and create impact.

Your role

1. Compensation & Benefits

Your mission is to contribute to developing and implementing a compensation framework:

  • Participate in remuneration surveys and conduct benchmark analysis to support the implementation of our global compensation policy
  • Contribute in establishing communication tools and trainings on new and existing compensation programs
  • Participate in long-term incentive programs implementation and administration:
    • Provide support in the management of the current and past Share Option Plans, and improve the administrative process (grant, exercise windows, beneficiaries follow-ups)
  • Handle compensation components in our HRIS (Restricted Stock Units, Share Options, base salary updates)
  • Support any projects related to compensation and benefits

2. HR Analytics

Your mission is to support our People & Culture team to improve our data accuracy and analytics:

  • Closely collaborate with our People & Culture teams across the globe and provide HR-related reporting and analytics such as turnover analytics, engagement survey results analysis, retention analytics, diversity and inclusion statistics, talent analytics
  • Update and improve global data accuracy in the current HRIS (BambooHR)
  • Develop excellent working relationships with our People & Culture and Finance team
  • Gather all relevant data to support in Talent Analytics and drive insights around our Talent agenda. Support in gathering, analysing and presenting data around performance management, potential assessment, and skill development.

Requirements

This is you

  • You are data-driven, have strong analytical skills and a knack for detail
  • You are proactive and can provide great support and service to your stakeholders
  • You find solutions where this seems impossible and overcome hurdles with strong resilience
  • You have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and creating visual presentations based on your analysis & data
  • You have already worked in international teams and high-paced environments and you enjoy being entrepreneurial and making an impact
  • You possess a bachelor?s degree in a field related to business administration, Finance or HR
  • You have proven experience as an analyst, and/or a first experience as a compensation & benefits analyst. Knowledge of long-term incentive programs (share options, restricted stock units,...), and related tax topics is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills both in speaking and writing
