What we are looking for :

We are looking for sales agents with native French language skills located in Barcelona to collaborate with a large company in the Fantasy Sports Business. As a member of Essentiel Outsourcing, your main responsibilities for this campaign are:

  • Achieve the agreed sales targets and results within the schedule.
  • Contact potential customers, interested in the product, and close the sale.
  • Complete 100% of the daily quota of outbound calls and emails for lead generation.
  • Build trust with potential customers and maintain high service level
  • Ensure all customer information is up to date in the system

Skills and experience :

You are the right person for this project if you identify with the following characteristics:

  • You are passionate about sales and your main objective is to build customer loyalty.
  • You are a native French speaker
  • You have previous experience in similar roles, at least 3 years.
  • You have knowledge of sales techniques
  • You adapt easily to changing environments
  • You are an excellent communicator and have good spelling skills

What we offer :
