Join our Brand team to own all short-form copy across our website, ads and more.

At PandaDoc, you'll write quality copy that drives results while maintaining PandaDoc's established brand voice. You'll work cross-functionally with growth and product marketing teams across the globe, managing rounds of revisions, balancing projects, and crushing deadlines. You'll also develop new systems (and evolve existing ones) to keep our workflows humming. In this role, you'll own the entire copy process from concept to publication.

In this role, you will:

  • Jump in and take over the words for a high growth brand. This role is focused on reaching a high level of quality and delivering results.
  • Develop a brand messaging framework to enable consistency across all mediums and speak directly to different segments and personas.
  • Contribute to the development of brand campaigns including digital advertising, web, events, and other experiences and campaigns.
  • Create a system to manage requests coming from all the cross-functional teams in the organization. You have to be communicative, process-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Analyze the results of your work, and make the necessary changes based on data to drive ever-improving results.

About you:

  • 5-7+ years of copywriting experience with an agency or in-house marketing team
  • A portfolio that shows strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of deliverables, including digital advertising, web, and TV/video
  • An understanding of PandaDoc's voice and tone. You'll adapt our brand voice to the customer you're speaking to or platform on which you're writing.
  • Experience writing effective short-form copy in a number of different formats, such as landing pages, social media, and more.
  • An understanding of conversion-driven copy, knowing how to write copy to drive action and CTAs that deliver results.
  • A metrics-oriented mindset to track results, analyze data, and make changes to your copy based on what the data is telling you.
  • The ability to project manage your work across different formats, working cross-functionally to rapidly prioritize and hit deadlines.
