A JLL é uma consultora multinacional de serviços especializados em imobiliário para clientes que procuram obter valor acrescentado nas áreas de promoção, ocupação, gestão e investimento imobiliário. Estamos em Portugal há mais de 20 anos e temos hoje uma equipa com mais de 350 colaboradores. No âmbito da nossa estratégia de crescimento sustentado, pretendemos reeditar o nosso programa de Trainees Tétris, área especializada em projetos de Architecture & Fit Out para empreendimentos comerciais, lojas, hotéis e escritórios, em regime de estágio remunerado. Esta será uma excelente oportunidade de teres um primeiro contacto com o mercado de trabalho, a que se poderá seguir uma oportunidade de carreira. Este programa de Trainees tem uma duração de 12 meses e prevê contacto com as áreas de Projecto, Orçamentação e Direcção de Obra.
Os candidatos a recrutar devem ter o seguinte perfil:
Recém-licenciados na área de Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Perfil proactivo e dinâmico;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
Curiosidade e capacidade de aprendizagem;
Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador do pacote do Office e Autocad;
O projeto terá como principais objetivos:
Participar na gestão e acompanhamento da obra de acordo com orçamento, planeamento, qualidade e prazos definidos garantindo imagem JLL;
Analisar e estudar detalhadamente o projeto antes do início da obra, esclarecendo dúvidas com os principais intervenientes (equipas projeto, orçamentistas, cliente, etc.);
Participar em reuniões semanais, reportando informação sobre execução das obras, Plano de Custos e Production Management Dashboard, Procedimentos das obras, Planeamento, Receções Provisórias e Fecho de Contas;
Preparar e compilar informações necessárias à fiscalização de obra, reunindo com fiscais para esclarecimento de questões ou resolução dos problemas de obra.
