Your profile

• Experience in organizational transformation, digitalization and change management projects combined with experience in organizing and leading workstreams in agile environments
• Preferably experience in Treasury & Corporate Finance departments
• General management mindset and holistic business thinking, good all-round business acumen
• Excellent and concise communication and presentation skills incl. strong and structured writing
• 4+ years of professional experience in an international company, ideally with working experience in a multi-cultural background
• Profound understanding of digitalization / automation implementation for end to end process optimization
• Successfully completed Master?s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or in a related field, ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications (e.g. MBA, CFA) ? Not compulsory but preferred

Your responsibilities

• Ensure alignment on core priorities across functions and hierarchy levels to facilitate a sustainable transformation
• Integrate cross-functional inputs into comprehensible and holistic analysis to support Core Operating Team decision making
• Contributing to the definition of the future target organization incl. roles & responsibilities with focus on the headquarter transformation and driving its implementation
• Development of a global standardized activity split as well as its implementation
• Identifying optimization potential (digitalization, simplification, standardization, outsourcing) in the TCF organization & process landscape
• Actively steering the change & transformation of TCF in the Headquarter until the end of FY24 including target achievement tracking in alignment with the TCF functions
• Identifying and bundling activities suitable for a best cost country approach, including steering the transfer of respective activities
• Preparing & hosting workshops globally with changing SE internal participants in alignment with regional finance target operating models
• Coordinating project controlling in the TCF organization & to the program management
• Ensuring & preparing adequate change management communication towards relevant stakeholders as well as collaborating with a team of internal and external experts throughout the project

Siemens Energy (SE) is currently optimizing and re-shaping its Treasury & Corporate Finance (TCF) function in line with its overall transformation program. As a global function of SE, the TCF team will act as a global centre of competence for all Treasury & Corporate Finance related topics in the future.

This role is a fixed position until September 2024. This is a remote position and will cater towards the global stabilization and transformation of the treasury function in all 7 continents.
