LISBON

Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. Mostly the teams here are focused around Technology and Store of the Future. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch-ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!!

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Tech Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our F-Tech Planning team. As we implement and support a growing number of Tech initiatives inside Farfetch, this person will support the global Tech procurement and control processes, reporting to the Tech Procurement and Planning Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Understand important internal clients, engage with and build engagement with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor RFI/RFQ/RFP using internal tools and procedures in compliance with Global Procurement Policy and Processes.
• Support contract management processes serving as the liaison between Farfetch and vendors, understand internal requestors' needs, use analytical tools to compare vendors and pricing and coordinate with procurement and legal teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors and anticipate and track agreements' expiration.
• If required, follow-up delivery of acquired goods and services and support good receipt.
• Deploy a customer-centric engagement model with internal stakeholders to ensure the best level of cooperation and adherence to Farfetch policies & processes.
• Working with FP&A to support Tech budget processes (creation, execution, and monitoring), analyze several business data and financial information. Help identify and develop standard budget control processes that address companywide requirements.
• Develop new approaches to review procurement process effectiveness and explore solutions for customers and suppliers.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a degree level in Economics, Management, Engineering, or Information Management.
• 3+ years experience in a procurement function or software pre-sales with participation in the commercial process.
• Ability to manage multiple demands, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, responding to work with urgency and understanding deadlines.
• Detail oriented, with an ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively.
• Basic Finance notions and awareness of different generic business processes (Finance, HR, Commercial, Purchase, Sales, and Legal).
