We are looking for a new colleague in our E-Commerce Team for our Aftermarket Division (BME2) in Sao Domingos de Rana (close to Lisbon).

Your tasks as Head of E-Commerce Development & Portfolio (m/f/d):

• Lead 3rd party E-Commerce strategy for the Digital Market Channels organization, spanning across the 7Ps to deliver 3rd party E-Commerce footprint increase
• Work with ZF business stakeholders across regions to understand opportunities, help form go-to-market approaches, prioritize sales channels and harmonize the development of cross-regional strategic channels
• Intensify & facilitate partnership development with strategic 3rd party E-Commerce Channels and customers (e.g. Amazon, Ebay, MercadoLivre, ozon, etc.). Develop and justify business cases and multi-year scenario planning
• Responsible for scanning the market environment, recognizing shifts in the digital commerce landscape, establish strategic direction, while aligning with ZF's digital & E-commerce strategy
• Drive development and alignment with local markets, including sales, logistics, order management, product management, customer support, pricing, & marketing. Partner closely with various levels of leadership globally to develop efficient & scalable infrastructure & processes

Your profile as Head of E-Commerce Development & Portfolio (m/f/d):

• Bachelor?s in business administration/Management, and demonstrated tangible business results within tier 1 automotive supplier or consultancy
• Strong project management and strategy development skillset
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with a sense to gain new business
• Strong time management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously under high time pressure
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and top management
