The opportunity
EY is looking for a Business Transformation Consultant to join our FSO Business Consulting team. Overall, this person should be a team player, have a strong interest in business optimization/transformation topics and display specific related skills and capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Be part of the development of business transformation projects with a high level of high efficiency and quality in clients that operates in financial services industries;
• Advisory in process transformation/re-engineering;
• Design of new business processes/solutions based on customer requirements;
• Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff;
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;
• Contribute to the team?s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic education in Engineering and Management or similar fields of study;
• At least 3 years of professional experience focused on business transformation and continuous improvement, mainly in consulting environment;
• Experience of process transformation/re-engineering;
• Expertise in business process management;
• Business and agile mindset;
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
• Excellent analytical, research and communication skills;
• Full English Proficiency.

Ideally, you?ll also have:
Awareness of Agile methodology is a plus.
Background in the financial services consultancy and/or financial industry is important
Experience delivering projects/initiatives that include technical solutions;
Knowledge in some technologies (e.g. Power BI) and other programming languages (e.g. VBA and SQL) will be valued.
