This person will be responsible for our Service Management System. The Service Management Application Specialist will develop and maintain our Service Management application optimizing it from a business perspective.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain our Service Management application;
  • Extend our application by integrating additional functionality via APIs;
  • Taking technical decisions in line with the application functionalities;
  • Sharing tips and process ?how to? with your colleagues;
  • Develop support documentation and knowledge articles for user experience improvement;
  • Providing training to end users and specialists;
  • Operating and optimizing our internal Service Management application from a Business perspective.

Specific capabilities, knowledge and skills:

  • University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management or similar;
  • Knowledge of Financial activities;
  • Experience in process design/definition;
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical functionality;
  • Advanced level in MS Office Suite is required;
  • Experience with coding and projects in the web environment;
  • Previous experience with HTML and JavaScript is desirable;
  • Experience with RPA is desirable;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English is mandatory)
