A JLL é uma consultora multinacional de serviços especializados em imobiliário para clientes que procuram obter valor acrescentado na promoção, ocupação, gestão e investimento imobiliário. Estamos em Portugal há mais de 20 anos e temos hoje uma equipa com mais de 350 colaboradores. Em virtude do nosso crescimento, pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa de Legal & Compliance com um(a) Legal Counsel.
Os candidatos a recrutar devem ter o seguinte perfil:
Licenciatura em Direito;
Experiência na assessoria jurídica no âmbito do Direito Imobiliário e Construção, com uma vasta experiência profissional de, pelo menos, 5 (cinco) anos;
Boa capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e elevada capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
Perfil proactivo, dinâmico, com elevada capacidade de organização;
Sentido de responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalho;
Domínio de Ferramentas Informáticas;
Fluência em Inglês.
Advogado inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados há pelo menos 5 anos.
O projeto terá como principais objetivos:
Elaboração e Revisão de Contratos do Grupo JLL
Elaboração e Análise de outros documentos jurídicos relacionados com as atividades comerciais do Grupo JLL.
Elaboração de pareceres jurídicos
Assessora nas áreas societária, laboral e contencioso
Assessoria na resolução de questões que vão surgindo no dia-a-dia
Assessoria na implementação de processos e procedimentos que garantam o cumprimento da legislação nacional, internacional e obrigações legais do grupo JLL
Assessoria no cumprimento das normas e procedimentos vigentes, de modo a mitigar riscos inerentes aos mesmos.
