As a Product Manager you act as the ?CEO of the product? by guiding multi-national, cross-functional and cross-technology product teams from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. Furthermore, as Lead Product Manager you will actively shape the Digital Products? unit strategy globally and evolve the product management team.

What role will you play?

  • You will be globally responsible for managing digital products in the context of Siemens Global Business Services (GBS).
  • Manage and nurture your portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with Siemens GBS strategy.
  • Understand and analyze the overall market and competition.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmaps and ensure clear value propositions, KPIs and technical requirements.
  • Engage with our DevOps teams across different digital domains to ensure requirements are clear, delivery plans are captured, communicated and progress towards deliverables is maintained.
  • Coordinate with the communications team to create the proper marketing and sales strategy.
  • Actively maintain and develop the ecosystem of partners.
  • Act as product champion and primary contact for all product related questions and communication engagements for your product portfolio.
  • Actively evolve and coach a team of product managers and shape the global product management strategy, operating model and framework for digital products at Siemens GBS

Does this sound Good? Our perfect candidate must have?
  • University degree or equivalent experience in applicable field, preferably Computer Science, (Industrial) Engineering or Economic Science with a strong technology background
  • 5+ years? experience in managing and delivering digital software products (from conception, market strategy, business model definition through to development and product roadmap management)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies
  • Experience with agile software delivery and DevOps best-practices
  • Knowledge of Shares Services or BPO industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team, with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to guide, motivate and coach others
  • Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written
