Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As an IT Process Expert Sales for Order-to-Cash (OTC) process management (design, harmonization and implementation) in SAP ERP with focus on S/4HANA Rollout projects, you will:

• Analyze and translate order to cash / sales related insights into relevant IT work packages and make them transparent to the team;
• Consult worldwide operating sales organization & business units regarding integration and onboarding of new sales, master data processes and applications in a customer oriented, re-usable and supportive manner;
• Interface with the DevOps Team and closely collaborate with SAP ERP, Hybris Commerce E-Shop and Microsoft CRM365 teams;
• Actively communicate, change management & align with related stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar;
• Experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital technology related to sales areas (Order to cash, Lead to Order);
• Experience with IT solution in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA - eCommerce (e.g. Hybris Commerce) and CRM a plus;
• Knowledge about new digital trends & motivation to learn;
• Good project management skills with experience in PM Tools;
• Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments;
• Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment;
• Strong presentation and coordination skill;
• Very good language skills in English;
• Willingness to travel.
