Descrição
- Ensure the annual budgeting and forecasts
- Develop reporting models, providing monthly information regarding the deviations from budget
- Support the management team and investors, providing any additional financial information when requested
- Provide a solid analysis of costs, giving insights to business decisions
- Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and manage the business cashflow position
- Support the creation of new operational KPIs, to ensure a continuous optimization of processes
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Management, Finance or similar areas
- Previous experience of 4 years in similar positions, in an industrial company
- Great knowledge of financial and operational controlling and business analysis
- Good understanding of the industrial controlling - mandatory
- Fluent English speaker - mandatory
- Critical mindset, very focused on solutions and efficiency
- Proactive attitude, able to take the initiative and interact with different stakeholders
- Great analytic skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP will be valued
