Ferring is hiring a team of Finance professionals in Lisbon to strengthen the Financial Operations team, with focus on Accounting & Reporting and in the continuous improvement of processes and activities. Your New Role
As Project & Process Improvement Manager, you are expected to support the Accounting & Reporting and the Consolidation teams achieve their deliverables, whilst engaging with the Finance Vision, Mission and Commitment. In addition, by understanding the E2E and F&A processes and procedures in place, you will propose, develop and implement improvements to better support Corporate Finance. You will also be responsible for ensuring a strict implementation and adherence to group policies and guidelines, instructions, processes and systems.
You will be working with dedicated Finance teams and relevant stakeholders. In addition you will get involved and take ownership in important and impactful projects, specifically aimed at continuous improvement and efficiencies.
