Department overview
Strong and well-developed, JLL?s Office Agency and Tenant Representation team of professionals delivers complex, top quality advice and transactional support, including leasing strategy, market search, restructuring portfolios, office acquisitions/relocations, negotiations/ renegotiations. On top of this, JLL provides wider office advisory, including workplace strategy, green certification, technical consultancy and cost analysis, fit-out, as well as land advisory, investment sales and acquisitions, research, property management and valuations. JLL is active across the country in both well-developed and emerging locations, including smaller cities.
Are you an aspiring corporate real estate professional? After understanding a company?s office needs, you will be arranging viewing schedules, analysing the pros and cons of each location, advising them the best strategies and ensure maximum results. You can expect to work closely with other departments (such as Research & Capital Markets Teams) both locally & with JLL counterparts from other countries.
Role Purpose
This position is to contribute to the growth of Office Leasing Team in Portugal
Primary Responsibilities
Work with colleagues on transactions and be able to work independently as well as being part of a team
Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone)
Formulating and assist in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and / or of Tenants looking for office space
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone)
Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
Minimum Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor?s degree from Real Estate related disciplines is a plus
Excellent Communication skills and comfortable with numbers and calculations
Good presentation & analytical skills
Possess drive, creativity and initiative; confident, strong interpersonal skills
Independent and also a team player
Flexible and able to multi-task
Passionate and energetic in cultivating new contacts and aim to excel in competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in market
