Your key responsibilities

• Models Scrum Master responsibilities for coaching new teams;
• Shares successes and struggles with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate learning;
• Coaches team members who are serving as Scrum Masters;
• Helps to implement and improve Agile development approach;
• Proactively identifies and raises project risks;
• Removes impediments to success;
• Remains current on Agile development practices;
• Provides hands-on Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of Scrum practices;
• Coaches teams and stakeholders in improving their Agile thinking and Scrum processes;
• Evaluates and mentors existing Agile feature teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, new teams, and executive leadership to promote and improve agility;
• Captures feedback and continuously improves Agile guidance, training materials and content;
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic Degree in Engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study;
• More than 5 years of experience in developing and training teams in Agile model;
• Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g. Scum, Kanban), as well as of Scaled Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS);
• Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence);
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying OKR;
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean thinking, values and principles;
• Fluency in English.
