The opportunity

We are seeking for a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Technology Transformation team. As a IT Strategy/Business Analyst, you will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business. Working on projects that cross borders and sectors, the experiences you gain here will be more valuable than anywhere else.


Your key responsibilities

  • Be part of the definition of Strategic Plans/Directors of Information Systems/Information Technologies or redefining Technological Architectures with medium/high complexity;
  • Interpret the strategic objectives of an organization and transform them into information systems objectives;
  • Promote the best practices and market trends regarding the various components of a technological architecture;
  • Identify and characterize technological transformation initiatives, as well as prioritizing them, taking into account any dependencies;
  • Interpret business needs and convert them into functionalities;
  • Work with change management at an organizational level;
  • Act as a mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example;
  • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.

  • Aptitude to bridge between the IT and Business environment linking both business and IT strategies and objectives;
  • Ability to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business;

  • Ability to delivery multiple projects and to present information in a clear and concise manner;
  • A strong work ethic;
  • Forward thinker and self-starter;
  • Creative, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Business mindset and some commercial acumen.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Academic education in Engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in IT Strategy/Business Analysis;
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance and ITSM frameworks;
  • Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate);
  • Certifications in IT Governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, CGEIT);
  • Certifications in ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL);
  • Knowledge and experience in using BPMN 2.0;
  • Knowledge of the main technological trends;
  • Full English Proficiency.


Ideally, you?ll also have:

  • Experience in Agile and DevOps;
  • Experience in Design Thinking.
