We are currently recruiting the Junior Planning and Control Finance Departmentfor our office in Paço de Arcos.

Responsabilities:

Will have the responsibility to support the P&C supervisor on some critical activities such as

• Monthly financial closing activities, analysis and reporting also by interacting with the accounting department and conducting regular FP&A processes (i.e. GL inquiries, variance analysis vs budget/prior year/forecast, etc.);Pperiodic submission of Group reporting (Headcount/FTE, inventory and receivables, sales growth, network, etc.);

• Liaise with Country functions during the annual budget process;

• Preparing monthly forecast meetings and quarterly business progress meetings;

• Ad hoc business case evaluations;

• Assist Country functions with reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets, highlight main changes and proactively suggest business improvements;

• Implementation of the new IT system from a finance perspective.
  

You are the ideal candidate if?

• You have degree in finance, accounting, business or economics ;

• 2/3 years of experience as Controlling or Big4;

• Business Acumen, Forecasting & Planning, Analytical skills, at ease with technology, Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills ;

• Good Excel and English skills.
