Job Description


The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. The Global Digital Unit is efficiently bundling digital activities across all Business Units of Bosch Power Tools.

  • Overall accountability for the Kafka Shared Clusters Service over the whole lifecycle

(compliance, budget/cost, security, user/usage, development/further enhancement)

  • Design access management concepts for the Kafka Shared Clusters
  • Ensuring the maintenance and timeliness of the attribute values (data quality) of the respective IT application master data record according to Specialist Concept IT Application
  • Be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the Kafka Shared Clusters Service ? orchestrate responsible roles
  • Plan activities for IT product/service within planning processes in close alignment with the business teams, IT Solution Architects, IT Operation Lead
  • Align the IT product service roadmap closely with IT Portfolio Management during its whole lifecycle (incl. version planning and overlapping requirement management)
  • Take responsibility for economic success ? plan necessary resources, forecast financials and ensure first in class quality/price relation based on requirements
  • Align, analyse and report KPIs (incl. service levels targets, customers satisfaction and benchmarking)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience as product owner with a passion for IT infrastructure and operations
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
  • Deep understanding of how the IT product/service supports customer processes and how it fits into the business IT product/service portfolio
  • Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)
