Project purpose

Responsible for accounting activities necessary to an accurate general ledger as well as reports and financial statements.

Location

Viana do Castelo plant, Portugal

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performs assigned accounting functions related with Payables accounts.
  • Calculates posts and verifies financial data for use in accounting records.
  • Helps prepare trial balance and basic financial statements.
  • Support in the preparation of accounting reports for management.
  • Support in the software Readsoft implementation

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Management
  • Master in related field is preferred
  • PC literate (Excel, PPT)
  • Experience in accounting clerical activities preferred
  • Good English skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
